Agreement Form


Pets are accepted for grooming only under the following circumstances....

The pet fit and healthy, Grooming which takes place on an elderly or infirm pet will be at the owner's risk.

Grooming may expose pre-existing health/skin conditions for which Kirey's Mobile Grooming LLC cannot be held liable.

The pet's rabies vaccine is up to date (as required by law) unless otherwise discussed.

In the event of an emergency, in your absence, you authorize Kirey’s Mobile Grooming LLC to contact the nearest Veterinarian And authorize the vet to treat the pet as necessary at your expense.

Please note that our pricing structure may be subject to yearly adjustments, as determined by the business to adequately cover operational expenses.


Payments are to be made at the time of service. Payments can be in cash & credit card. Every credit card transaction has a service fee of 3.75% charge.

Groomers do NOT CARRY cash for safety purposes any extra will be considered a tip for the groomer.

Our rates are based on the breed of the pet and duration of the groom. Nail cutting and ear cleaning are part of the service unless this is too stressful for the pet or too dangerous for the groomer.


Anal glands will be done upon client's request, as this should be performed by a licensed veterinarian.

"De- Matting" or complete coat removal; will dramatically alter your pet's appearance.
This procedure may expose pre-existing health/skin problems for which Kirey's Mobile Grooming LLC cannot be held liable.Please make sure your read over are matted pet release form and sign.

Flea and Tick Treatment will be provided to your pet if fleas and ticks are found while grooming this will be at an extra cost .

In order to make an appointment clients are required to make a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 DEPOSIT to secure a spot. This deposit will go towards the service rendered.


In the event that our service at your home is disrupted due to aggressive behavior or sign of stress exhibited by your dog we reserve the right to halt the service for the safety of your dog and the groomer. In such a case,the NON- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be retained as compensation for our time and efforts. Additionally,charges will apply for any service already provided.


A fuel sub charge of $5.00 per appointment will be applied when fuel is higher than $4.00 per Gallon and will be removed when prices come down.


1. Cancellations

  • We try to work as long as conditions are not dangerous. If you are unsure, please call us to confirm.


  • In event of a same-day appointment cancellation, the NON- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $50 will be retained. However, should you choose to reschedule,the deposit will be held for your future visit." Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, requires 24 hours notice.


  • Any client that is in a grooming rotation , if two appointments are missed without notice, you will be required to pre-pay prior to scheduling any future appointments.


  • In the event of inclement weather, a family emergency or any other uncontrollable circumstances, the groomer has the discretion to waive the fee within the 24 hours period.


  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the groomer.



2. No-Shows

  • It is considered a "no-show" when the client is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact the groomer to cancel or reschedule.


  • In the event of a 'No Show' your NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT $50 will be retained. Please make every effort to call , and cancel or reschedule when possible to avoid such situations.


  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason.

    Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after grooming. All medical expenses for veterinary care will be covered by the pet's owner upon signing this contract/ agreement.

    Because we care about your pet's safety, we want to assure you that every precaution will be taken to provide a safe and stress-free grooming experience for your pet. Due to the intimate nature of the grooming process, or a pet's tolerance level for stress, strangers, or handling, some pets can become anxious or reactive during the grooming process.


    If we determine that continuing the grooming service would present a threat to your dog's emotional or physical heath, and/or the safety of the groomer completing the service, we will discontinue today's service and contact you immediately, and you will be responsible for any services rendered.


    We will take every precaution necessary to complete the grooming service safely and humanely including the proper use of common industry safety equipment such as grooming loops, muzzles, and restraints.

    **By signing this agreement, you indicate that you understand and agree to our terms of service; that you understand and agree to release and hold harmless Kirey’s Mobile Grooming LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs (including attorney fees) resulting from any service provided or injury (including death) to your pet(s) while in our care or afterward. I certify that the information provided above is correct and that my dog is physically and mentally fit to be groomed at this time. I also certify that my pet's rabies vaccinations are up to date. It is understood that the groomer will not be held liable or responsible for any irritations caused by previous groomers who are not affiliated with Kirey’s Mobile Grooming LLC, including scratches, injuries, and hair loss.
